Patek Philippe pocket watch made in 18kt yellow gold, triple round case 50 mm, with original box and certificate from 1910. Guilloché lid and back with initials, white porcelain dial with black enamel Arabic numerals, 6 o’clock second counter, pear-shaped hands, breguet indexes, mechanical movement with manual winding at 3 o’clock, caliber 19 echappement à ancre signed case, dial and movement. Complete with Patek Philippe original Certificate d’Origine and original Patek Philippe box.
